Notice: Please write the address in Chinese when shipping to Taiwan, Hongkong, and Macao.

To ensure shipment goes smoothly, please join as a member before purchasing and confirm that the information is correct.

  • Please confirm that the items and quantity are correct. You cannot revise the order after payment.
  • We will ship in orders by commodity stocks. Some products take a longer time to stock up and are expected to be shipped in order after arrival. Your order will be postponed when the concentration of orders. Thank you for your patience.
  • If there are ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) labeled on your purchased items (including pre-orders), we will fulfill the shipment once all products are collected (delays may occur). Please place the orders separately if you wish to receive them in separate batches on a first come first serve basis. Extra shipping fees may apply. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19, some countries are experiencing severe delays or transportation has stopped at this time. Please make sure the country you want to send to can receive EMS.


Orders in Taiwan
Packages are sent by Taiwan Pelican Express, we will charge NT$100 shipping fee once you placed your order.


Orders in Outlying islands of Taiwan
Packages are sent by Chunghwa post registered parcel, we will charge NT$150 shipping fee once you placed your order.


Orders in Asia (Hong Kong, Macao) 
Packages are sent by SF Express (Freight Collect).


Orders in Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and other Asian countries) & Overseas
Packages are sent by EMS, we will charge a shipping fee once you placed your order, priced by package's weight.
Due to licensing issues, we do not ship to China.


Delivery Days
Delivery days for Taiwan shipment are 1-3 days, for normal international shipments is approximately 7 - 14 days. (Not counting the hours consumed due to epidemic, shipping schedule & flight delays, no one to sign for, etc.)


About Shipment

  • To ensure shipment goes smoothly, please confirm that the receiver's information is correct.
  • We will send an email notification before shipping.
  • If the postman couldn't reach the receiver when your order arrives, the packages will be returned to the logistics center until the shipping information confirmation.
  • The failed delivery was due to the wrong receiver′s information, and also we couldn't reach the receiver, the orders will be canceled and refunded. (The back and forth freight charges will be deducted)
  • Please notice that your orders will be canceled and refunded.
    • The information of the receiver is not correct, also we couldn't reach you or the receiver over 3 workdays.
    • When the packages returned to the logistics center, we couldn't reach the receiver over 3 workdays.
  • we can only ship one address in one order.
  • It takes 14 working days to start the delivery.
  • Customers must be aware that they might be liable to pay Import Taxes and Duties if the value of goods ordered is of a value over their national import thresholds. Please refer to your local government or country transportation updates for more information. We do not have a responsibility for the local Taxes and Duties.
  • We do not accept exchanges for international orders. Items that are faulty must be returned to us within 7 working days of the item being received by the customer. The returning shipping fee might pay by customers.
  • After we receive the returned goods and check that there is no problem, we will process the full refund within 7-10 working days.
  • Refunds for orders placed in Taiwan and outlying islands will be made by bank remittance. For overseas refunds, please check with your credit card company or bank for the refund amount.
  • We are caring about every product and will carefully check the items before shipping. If you received any damaged item, we will help you to claim compensation.
