Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged products due to poor service on our website.
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received the item.

We do not accept exchange or return requests for the following cases
- books, thermal mugs/bottles, and food products (except in the case of defects caused by our website or by the manufacturer)
- goods more than 7 days after signing
- goods that have been used or worn
- T-shirts and other apparel that has changed sizes
- goods that are damaged or scratched through no fault of the website or the vendor
- products with missing or damaged outer packaging or accessories
We cannot accept returns or exchanges sent back to us without a request.
We remind you that only one return (exchange) is available per order.
We will refund you to the corresponding bank account if you pay by credit card.
We will absorb the shipping cost of the return.

When will the item be replenished if it sells out?
We will replenish commodities according to production capacity—some products imported from overseas. According to the uncertainty of each product's manufacturing process and overseas shipping, we cannot guarantee replenishment.
May I reserve items? Do you accept purchase orders?
We are unable to assist in holding items. If you have a purchase request, please contact customer service first.
Purchase for resale is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse the sale if we ascertain that an investment made for resale, profit-making, or an individual or group makes repeat purchases.
There is a color difference between the product received and the picture shown on the website.
The product photos on the website are only schematics. Each computer screen has a different setting and brand, which may affect the display's color, and there may be color differences and differences in personal perception.

How can I check the order status?
Why didn't I get the confirmation email?
We will confirm the order to your registered member's email address within a few minutes after the order is completed.
The order confirmation letter will be sent automatically by the system. If you do not receive it, there are several possible reasons.
① The email address of the registered member is wrong
②The email blocked to spam folder
Even if you have not set up the spam function, the system notifications may misclassify into the spam folder due to the automatic recognition of the mailbox system.
To make your shopping experience smoother, please adjust your mailbox settings and set ""@abigart.com"" as important mail to avoid missing it.
Please note that we cannot resend the order confirmation letter sent by the system.
If you do not receive an order confirmation letter, you can click on ""Order details"" on the member page after logging in.
If the order you are looking for does not appear in the ""Order Details"" section, it means that you may not have completed the transaction.
Is it possible to specify the date and time of delivery?
Please note that we cannot specify a delivery date and time because the arrival time of each item in the order varies and will be shipped after all items have arrived.

When can I get my order?
In-stock items will usually be delivered to your address within 7-14 days of your order. If your order includes pre-order items, it may take longer, depending on the arrival date of the pre-order item. Please check the order page for that item.
